Religious Education

The purpose of religious education is the gradual process of forming a child's knowledge and maturation toward an adult Catholic understanding of the Church. All religious education classes are Sundays (Sept-May) from 9:30 to 10:30AM in St. James School, next to the church.

Catechists are responsible for preparing and teaching religious education lessons, keeping attendance records and attending meetings and training workshops as necessary. All catechists must be Virtus trained. If you are interested in becoming a catechist, please contact Director of Religious Education Colleen Driscoll.
